From learning about breastfeeding, baby caring and baby wearing, to providing guidance on lactation, postpartum mental health or Cesarean recovery - a postpartum doula helps parents ease into newborn parenting with calm and confidence. Whether you are a first time parent or have been through the journey before, having a doula provides support to families during the early days and well into the fourth trimester. Beyond baby, we also provide guidance on postpartum rehabilitation that draws upon functional anatomy, yoga and breathwork. For more support on physical recovery, our clients also have the option of enrolling in a 4 week Postnatal Yoga programme, led by us and held jointly with Centred Space.
